Clients' matters are directly handled by the two principals,
Giulia Leone and Giorgio Pavia who are professionals with many years of
experience in communications and marketing.
Giulia Leone spent 10 years in
Fininvest Comunicazioni and then Mediaset, working in turn in the
Research and Documentation Centre, in training, and in international

An Arts graduate, translator and journalist, in 1995 she set up Idee & Parole where she deals with media relations, corporate communications, event management, and promotions at industry fairs and exhibitions.
She carries out studies and internet market research, writes articles for the specialist press and lectures on the application of new technology to advertising and marketing.
after graduating from Bocconi University, became a marketing
director both in Italy and abroad for the two most important Italian
motor companies, Fiat and Alfa Romeo.
long experience of over 15 years in major foreign markets
including the United States, England, Canada and Austria is a
particularly valuable aspect of his background.
